Dakota Dillon Real Estate, established in 2014, is an independently owned real estate brokerage built on integrity, expertise, and personalized client service. For more than a decade, we have guided individuals and families through some of life’s most important financial and personal transitions with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
Unlike large corporate brokerages or agent “teams,” Dakota Dillon Real Estate operates as a true independent brokerage. That independence allows us to provide highly tailored representation, objective guidance, and a level of responsiveness and flexibility that is often difficult to achieve within larger franchise structures. Our clients work directly with experienced brokers who are deeply invested in every transaction from start to finish.
We specialize in residential real estate throughout Northern California, the Silicon Valley and Bay Area, the Sacramento region, and other markets across California. Our experience spans traditional home sales as well as more complex transactions involving probate, trust, divorce, and estate-related matters. These situations often require not only strong market knowledge, but also discretion, communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys, fiduciaries, financial professionals, contractors, and family members.

Dakota’s background in the paralegal field, particularly in probate and trust matters, provides valuable insight into navigating complex transactions with professionalism and care. Robert brings more than 25 years of executive-level sales, negotiation, and technology leadership experience, contributing a strategic and innovative perspective to the business.
