At DDRE we create opportunities to match
sellers and investors to inspire community renewal.

Working with a variety of clients in the market we are introduced to sellers that may have come to owning property that is in less than ideal condition. These conditions come about in a variety of circumstances such as inheritance, illness, foreclosure or even tenant damage. Often these “projects” are beyond the scope of what the seller can manage or they just don’t have the time and energy to tackle them. It can be a particularly unfortunate as the property can affect the surrounding community.

In cases where DDRE represents sellers in this situation, we go to great efforts to match real estate investors to the project. We look for buyers who demonstrate the care and sensibilities to restore, improve and preserve the properties. Community is important to us and we want to be good stewards to those values. In situations where the owner simply does not have the finances or contacts to refresh the property for sale we have our GTM program.

If you are a property owner and find yourself in over your head, Contact us – we can help.

Sold by Dakota Dillion Real Estate - 9243 Solana Drive, Gilroy CA9243 Solana Drive – Gilroy CA
This project is an example of a pre-sale refresh taking a well worn rental home and improving its market price. See what a modest investment can do.
