DDRE GTM program pays upfront costs

Selling your home “as is” may not bring the best price or help sell your home quickly. For clients selling their homes with DDRE (Dakota Dillon Real Estate) we offer the Go to Market (GTM) program. This program is designed to help with repairs, painting, staging, flooring, and other improvements to your home. We provide the logistics project management, recommend quality vendors, and get your home market ready in a way that maximizes your home’s value – with no cash out of your pocket before sale.

How does it work?

As we do with all clients we meet with you to discuss marketing options to maximize the value and offers received on the sale of your home. A big part of the sales strategy is making sure your home is market ready to get the highest and best results.

DDRE objectively evaluates the market readiness of your home with you. We’ll discuss the positive attributes as well as some things we think should be addressed. We’ll create an action plan to improve your home to achieve the best outcome and become market ready. It’s your choice – you decide which improvements make the most sense to you.

We work with team of professional service providers and contractors to get work done quickly and efficiently. Work begins on your schedule, and is targeted towards quality and speed, so that you can sell your home fast.

DDRE will obtain bids from licensed, insured and vetted vendors. The bids you review are a fixed price and include professional project management. The vendors bids are at market rate or below due to the discounts we receive.  Unlike other real estate brokerages DDRE does not “markup” vendor services.

The Go-To-Market program can be especially helpful in situations for limited income sellers, trust and estate sales as well as probate sales. There are a few restrictions to the program and not all sellers will qualify. Funding is limited and not guaranteed in all cases.

DDRE GTM program pays upfront costs – you pay at the close of escrow.
