Dakota is a third-generation REALTOR® and Broker — real estate is in her DNA. Her grandfather founded a real estate company in her California hometown decades ago, setting the foundation for what would become a lifelong calling.

Dakota is deeply connected to the communities she serves and proudly rooted in California. She holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and brings over a decade of specialized experience in estate, trust, and probate law, having worked as a paralegal with a focus on real estate matters.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Dakota is a licensed Notary Public and a credentialed Fiduciary, making her uniquely equipped to guide clients through complex transactions with care, clarity, and confidence.
