Dakota earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and spent more than a decade working as a paralegal specializing in estate, trust, probate, and real estate law. That legal foundation gives her clients a distinct advantage when navigating complex transactions, title issues, trusts, inherited property, and estate sales. Her attention to detail and calm, organized approach help bring clarity to situations that can often feel overwhelming.

In addition to being a California Real Estate Broker, Dakota is a licensed Notary Public and a credentialed Professional Fiduciary, providing clients with an uncommon depth of knowledge and experience. She understands that every transaction represents more than a property—it’s often tied to family, financial goals, and significant life changes.
